Hepatic artery complication after liver transplantation is associated with a marked increase in morbidity, being the main cause of graft loss and bile duct complication leading patients’ deaths. Retransplantation is often unavailable in most Asian countries due to donor organ shortage. A case of “NO Hepatic Artery” in a recipient side is critical issue especially in living donor liver transplantation because of no interposition arterial graft to make a jump graft from the Aorta. Ideal arterial reconstruction substituting hepatic artery is crucial during transplantation. Herein, several hints for the nonanatomical arterial reconstruction using several replacing sources would be introduced through this article.
