The parenchymal dissection with robotic platform is still challenging in the setting of lack of robotic CUSA. But we have several robotic instruments including robotic harmonic scalpel, scissors, vessels sealer, and bipolar devices. I want to show the various technique of theses instruments how to divide the liver parenchyma safely. Especially, I will introduce "Burn and Spread" technique with robotic scissors in this lecture.
